PropJournal uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze trade data across all supported asset classes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated insights are probabilistic estimates, not facts.

• AI may produce incorrect, misleading, or incomplete analysis.

• AI analysis is based solely on the data you provide and cannot account for external factors (news, market conditions, regulatory changes, black swan events, exchange outages, etc.).

• The AI does NOT have access to real-time market data and cannot evaluate current market conditions.

• AI analysis of cryptocurrency trades does not account for network risks, smart contract vulnerabilities, exchange solvency, or regulatory changes.

4. Compliance Monitoring Limitations

PropJournal's compliance and risk monitoring features are best-effort assistance tools with inherent limitations:

• Data accuracy: Calculations depend on the trade data YOU upload. Incomplete, delayed, or incorrect data will produce inaccurate readings.

• No real-time connection: PropJournal does NOT connect to your broker, exchange, or prop firm account. There is always a delay between your actual account state and what PropJournal shows.

• Rule accuracy: Prop firm rules and exchange policies may change at any time without notice to us. We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of rule configurations.

• Personal risk rules: If you set personal risk limits (daily loss, max drawdown, etc.), PropJournal tracks them based on imported data only. It cannot enforce these limits on your broker or exchange.

• Alert reliability: Telegram and email alerts depend on third-party services and internet connectivity. We cannot guarantee delivery of every alert.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for monitoring your trading account(s) and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, whether from a prop firm, personal risk management plan, or regulatory requirements. 5. Asset-Class-Specific Risks

Forex & CFDs: Leverage of up to 500:1 means small price movements can result in large losses. You may lose more than your initial deposit. CFDs are complex instruments with a high risk of rapid loss due to leverage.

Futures: Futures contracts carry a high degree of risk. The amount of initial margin is small relative to the value of the contract, creating a leverage effect. A relatively small market movement can produce a disproportionately large loss.

Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency markets are extremely volatile, operate 24/7 without circuit breakers, and may be subject to manipulation.
